Your gift certificate is valid for 3 months, however you must choose your appointment time within 10 days or another winner will be selected for your prize.
Our artists reserve exclusive studio time to provide you with our very best, personalized one-on-one service while we create your family’s artwork.
So that we may accommodate you with the level of service you deserve, we require a $50 refundable deposit. Spaces are limited. This is to secure your portrait session and is refunded at your appointment.

We are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.
We block out our studio and staff for two hours for every appointment, hence the need to collect a $50 holding deposit to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients.
The holding deposit is refunded to you when you attend the scheduled appointment.

You must complete a ‘Booking Call’ prior to your scheduled portrait time. This only takes between 10-15 minutes on the phone.

Please note: If we can’t get in contact with you, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your holding deposit is forfeited.

We understand that life doesn't always go to plan which may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.
In the event of this happening, we respectfully ask for 72 hours notice.
We include one reschedule. Additional reschedules would require a new holding deposit to be paid.

We will happily refund your holding deposit with at least 14 days notice before your scheduled portrait appointment date.
